The Montgomery Volunteer Lawyers Program will present a CLE Program on Friday October 19, 2018. The program will consist of subjects related to VLP cases: Family Law, Landlord/Tenant; Consumer matters, and probate matters. An Awards Luncheon to honor volunteer and firms will also be held as part of this event on October 19, 2018.
Eligible litigants are matched with a volunteer lawyer who will provide advice and limited scope representation in certain Madison County District Civil Courts on eviction, debt collection, and Small Claims/ District Court civil cases.
